This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related areas.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership role, overseeing the technical aspects of software development projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in C# and .NET development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with demonstrated experience leading teams in an Agile environment.
- Scrum Master Certification is mandatory.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
