Position Summary

The Search Functional Expert is a holistic Search expert. The core function of this expert role is to support the Zone Category eBusiness Manager or Markets to drive the creation and implementation of the Search Integrated E-business plan strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives and KPIs more effectively and efficiently.

A day in the life of...

Expert must support Zone Category Lead in developing/implementing the EMENA Search strategy, assesses brands and market Search maturity, and builds up Search understanding in the markets/brands.

Advocates the usage and implementation of the global SBU and Search 2.0 frameworks in the markets/brands

Manages the Search agencies in place in order to maximize effectiveness of keyword acquisitions, audience management, analysis and optimization

Oversees the creation, performance and optimization of all SEO/SEM campaigns across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms and Voice with local partner agency.

Manages localization/development of Keyword Strategy in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover opportunities for improvement

Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, across Search holistically through training sessions, workshops, webinars and written guidelines

Establish and roll out a governance model, processes and ways of work with the aim of deploying the Search strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organisation.

Creation and distribution of regular performance reports/best practices

Responsible of guaranteeing the NGBS services and MSE solutions are in place, used to their full potential and reaching business and IeBP objectives

What will make you successful

More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with large FMCG brands

Successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results

Proven Search experience

Knowledge of Search holistically (SEO, Paid, and eRetail)

Proficient English: writing, reading, speaking

Proven change management experience

Clear communication skills

Proven team-oriented mentality and attitude

Result oriented

Must be able to deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders
