DouroAzul is hiring Hotel Managers (M/F) for the next season, starting in January 2020, to work on their cruise ships on the Douro River in Porto, Portugal. This person will be in charge of the entire hotel operation onboard and guarantee fullest guest satisfaction and a pleasant environment for all crew and clients, regarding DouroAzul policies and standards. - Previous experience in hotel management in the 5 star segment, Food & Beverage and Front Office;- Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills;- Knowledge in management, in international hotel standards and HACCP standards, good computer skills;- Knowledge of stock and budget management;- Fluency in English (mandatory) and good knowledge of German (plus);- Ability to work under pressure and to be a goal-oriented professional;- Availability to embark on the Douro River during the cruise season.
