We are looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic Doorman/Porter to join the team of Le Consulat Hotel!Your responsibilities will be the following: -Be courteous and welcoming to all guests and visitors as you will be the first and last point of contact with the guests.-Ensure luggage assistance is provided to all arriving and departing guests and escorting the guests to the rooms with their luggage.-Assisting the guests with organizing transportation (taxi).-Working closely with the reception team and providing clear communication.-Ensure you have detailed knowledge of he hotel and its facilities in order to answer guests queries and questions.-Have good local knowledges about Lisbon as you will provide guests with directions.-Responsible for keeping the entrance of the hotel clean and tidy and the door free from fingerprints.-In charge of buying newspapers for the hotel and daily purchases requested for internal use or guests needs.-Checking and registering the entrance of the co-working's visitors. -Fluent in Portuguese (Mandatory) and English (professional level)-Meticulous personal presentation and good communication skills-Previous experience working within the hotel sector-Flexible-Team player-Candidate should hold valid work authorization to work in Portugal
