Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:

  • Coordinate training requirements and coordinate with partners responsible for executing the training management process, including the coordination with third party providers
  • Deliver training facility management, book training rooms and ensure appropriate set up and availability of materials
  • Monitor, coordinate and ensure training schedules are met
  • Monitor attendance of students on scheduled courses and liaise with training providers to ensure the amount to be invoiced is in accordance with the number of attendees in each class and the terms of the contract
  • Maintain the NCI Academy training registries and databases as required centrally or by specific projects, in close coordination with instructors, project managers and other relevant NCI Agency staff
  • Update training related content on NCI Academy webpage;- Support course curriculum updates
  • Support project managers in training coordination and reporting;Show initiative, make recommendation for improvement, work closely with Catalogue Manager on C4ISR and Cyber Training Catalogue updates
  • Liaise with the Security Office for the access of trainers and students to classrooms located in buildings with restricted access
  • Deputize for higher grade staff, if required
  • Performs other duties as may be required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS If you have passion for the work described above, here are the basic qualifications we are looking for:
  • Degree or equivalent work experience in related field other relevant discipline or equivalent combination of qualifications
  • Experience in a Customer Funded organization with management responsibilities within an education and training domain
  • Experience in customer care and in having full responsibility for a management of an education and training working package or similar product
  • Experience in maintaining databases;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Demonstrable ability to exercise judgement of priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work with minimal direction;
  • Driving licence B.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with focus on customer care / help line management;
  • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian element;
  • Knowledge of NATO and its organization;
  • Prior experience of working for a NATO agency or organisation;
  • Prior experience working in an Education and Training Environment
  • Prior experience working with a commercial Learning Management System
  • Prior knowledge of NATO CIS Systems and Functional Areas Services (FAS);
  • Prior experience working with an Enterprise Business Application, knowledge of internal standards of finance and accounting in relation to outsourced training solutions;
  • Expert knowledge in data mining using MS Excel/SharePoint;
  • Prior experience in web content management and updates;
  • Prior experience in training facility management;
  • Knowledge of and working experience with the ACT Global Programming Approach for Education and Individual Training.
  • A very good knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of the other is desirable;
  • NOTE: Most of the work of the NCI Agency is conducted in the English language.
  • NATO Secret Security Clearance
