Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing customized solutions within Salesforce, especially focusing on Marketing Cloud platforms.
• Collaborating closely with marketing teams to understand their needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Leading the integration of Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
• Ensuring best practices are followed in system architecture and design.
• Providing training and support to Salesforce users, particularly in the Marketing Cloud domain.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to implement them using Salesforce tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
