Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring Test Manager for a long term contract role.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the team testing activities across the different testing stages; escalate problems that impact testing activities, project milestones and deliverables. In addition you will report the status of the testing phase (metrics, milestones, deliverables) as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the testing team. and providing functional and technical support to the testing team.
Required Competences:
- More than 2 years of experience in QA Team Management;
- Experience in interacting and working closely with different Stakeholders;
- Experience in planning and managing testing activities for SIT/UAT testing stages;
- Experience in agile frameworks;
- Experience and technical understanding of the BDD testing methodology;
- Capable of integrating into an international/multilingual environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in team working;
- Experience with Cucumber;
- Good level of English – independent user (B2).
Preferred Competencies:
- ISTQB Certification;
- International experience.
