Access Control Specialist

Currently, we are seeking an Access Control Specialist who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Manage electronic access control systems and procedures for events, ensuring the security and safety of attendees;
- Coordinate with event organizers, security personnel, and venue staff to establish and enforce access control protocols.;
- Prepare for access control operations by configuring devices and/or setting up and validating interfaces with existing access control solutions;
- Assist with the setup, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment and software as needed;
- During events, lead access control operations in the venues, monitor entrances and exits, verify tickets or credentials, and address any security-related incidents or concerns;
- Prepare and conduct the ticketing specific training for Access Control onsite staff;
- Provide guidance to onsite staff and volunteers regarding access control procedures and emergency protocols;
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of access control equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed. 

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in IT, engineering, telecommunication, security management, business, or a related field preferred. 
- Minimum 3 years of experience in access control, event security, crowd control, spectator flows, or a related field. 
- Experience in major international events or stadium operations in a technical role 
- Knowledge of access control systems, protocols, and industry best practices. 
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle security- related incidents effectively. 
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written);
- Hybrid Position;
- Available for international traveling.
