Accountant | IFRS16 Project Lead

We are looking for an Accountant with IFRS 16 knowledge and fluent in English. Are you interested? Apply now! The purpose of the role is: Participation in project work: conclude final stage of IFRS 16 project implementation work with external consultant to automate accounting entries; Monitor the collection of lease contracts information and documentation from all entities and qualify the submission of new leases or changes to existing leases under the IFRS 16 norm; Reconcile BPC, CoStar reporting and manual accounting entries, on a monthly basis; Close cooperation with local teams, for provision of accounting entries and with Consolidation for financial statements disclosures; Close cooperation with Treasury and FP&A to provide forecast information; Ensure Incremental Borrowing Rate (IBR) is updated on a yearly basis, either internally or with external support; Ensure annual training is provided on embedded leases; Perform self-audit to IFRS 16 accounting process. You need to be/have: Fluent in English (+another european language would be great) Knowledge of IFRS (mandatory); Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or similar; 2+ years of professional experience in Finance; Experience in F&A (finance and accounting) shared services centre environments preferred; Good analytical and Organisation skills; Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; Ability to work in an international global work environment.
