We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist english speaker to ensure correct and daily execution of key responsibilities according to the requirements of the Accounts Receivable. Ensure cash influx, and collecting payment from customers and process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Your functions : Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts. Strengthen and grow relationships with customers and stakeholders. Communicate discrepancies to management team, and identify slow-paying customers for escalation Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting. Comply with Group and Local financial requirements. Maintain processes documented and updated consistently; Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process Request or gather from portal all Customer relevant information (Debits, Payment advises, SBI, etc). Review Customer debits for appropriate documentation prior to deduction/payment. Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and ollections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared. Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank receivables, payment advises, and Self Billing Invoices. Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via email and telephone. Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing. Solve Customer and Plant queries, if possible, at first contact. Develop and report relevant KPIs for area of responsibility What´s expected of you : Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related areas. Ability to read, write and communicate in English (Mandatory), knowledge of a second language (German, Hungarian and Polish) is a + Strong mathematical skills Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in accounting. Prior experience in Financial Share Service Centers (preferential AR - Preferred Qualifications) Solid knowledge in accounting area Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Solid knowledge in the use of SAP Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping. Ability to keep company and partner confidences.
