As part of its expansion, DOKO is looking for several B2B support technicians to join our team.

With a technical background, you will join our team as a support technician and be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers by applying procedures.

You will be responsible for solving technical problems, providing advice, and offering excellent customer service.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of experience in technical support and be comfortable with diagnostic, monitoring, and problem-solving tools.

You must also be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Missions

• - Level 1 and 2 support Manage and handle technical infrastructure incidents (cloud)
• - Write and maintain technical documentation
• - Diagnosis and routine administration of servers
• - Analysis of network performance and resolution of potential problems
• - Master Windows and Linux OS
• - Participate in PoC
• - Help define technical architectures
• - Knowledge of AZURE/ AWS/ CGP public cloud environments

Technical skills

• - Windows Server expert
• - VMware
• - Powershell
• - Linux skills
• - Citrix expertise
• - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud
• - Good hardware knowledge

PROFILE REQUIRED

Knowledge :

• - Information system architecture and technical environment,
• - Computer network architecture, network hardware and software (LAN, WAN, VPN), TCP/IP architectures, VLAN partitioning, OSPF routing, ACL, Ethernet standards, NAT,
• - Virtualization technical architecture,
• - Security of information and communication systems,
• - Windows and Linux environments, a good knowledge of the Linux environment is required,
• - Knowledge of Open Source software,
• - TCP/IP skills,
• - Good knowledge of SIP,
• - Good knowledge of at least one bash/powershell/perl/php scripting language,
• - Virtualization
