the Universal Group has been developing several projects related to renewable energies and is looking for a administrative assistant for the Portuguese Office to work closely with senior management and executive staff. REQUIREMENTS: -Academic training at the level of Licenciatura in Accounting or similar areas (preferred) -2 years experience in similar functions -Fluence in the written and spoken English Language mandatory - Knowledge of French and/or Spanish (preferred) -High capacity to work in multifunctional teams; -High knowledge of Office tools; - Resident in Porto Area PROFILE: - Possess excellent administration and communication skills. - Great multitasker. - Logical thinker. - Reliable and self motivated. - Experience in face-to-face employee relations - Good communication and argumentation skills - A love of direct contact with employees JOB DESCIPTION: - Assist with research and enjoy preparing spreadsheets and reports - Support for salary processing tasks; - Support in the tasks inherent in Human Resources Administrative Management; - Document management; - Experience in face-to-face employee relations - Organizational and time management skills
