Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Agile Coach;
- Previous experience with Scrum, DevOps, Lean;
- Knowledge of Docker, Container and Groovy;
- Good knowledge of CI/CD;
- Good coaching skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- Capacity for creativity and innovation;
- Good English level (mandatory).
