Agile Coach

Stefanini is hiring Agile Coaches to join one of our Lisbon-based clients operating within the banking sector.

This is a longterm role with a hybrid work model.

 

Role tasks and responsibilities:

• Help define and coach areas operational framework;
• Conduct health checks ;
• Scale internal processes;
• Guarantee artifacts maintenance;
• Drive areas continuous improvement;
• Enable reporting;
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment;
• Enable data-driven decision making;
• Facilitate events;
• Drive end-to-end value delivery;
• Escalate impediments;
• Ensure risk management;
• Ensure areas bootstrap and tooling;
• Identify, analyze and communicate systemic problems;
• Drive action-items to solve identified and prioritized issues;
• Drive continuous improvement actions across the org;

 

 

Role requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role;
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies;
• Experience with OKR’s;
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with agile metrics.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster a collaborative and open culture
