Android Technical Support Engineer

Currently, we are seeking an Android Technical Support Engineer who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Skilled in technical analysis;
• Continuously monitoring for new tickets and alerts;
• Replicate behaviors to troubleshoot issues using test devices and tools;
• Utilize test devices, debugging tools, and development tools to triage issues;
• Communicate with stakeholders for any ticketing-related concerns, activities, assignments or urgent tasks;
• Exhausts all external and internal resources for research;
• Contributes to side-projects, tool automation, and team innovation;
• Regularly attends training programs and brown bag sessions to enhance capabilities.

Requirements:

• Reside in Portugal and availability to go to Lisbon's office;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in Android/Java development;
• Familiarity regarding usage with APIs (REST-based and/or related libraries);
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving;
•  Familiar with APIs and capable of supporting multiple applications.
