Job Title: Application Production Support Work Place: Lisbon | Hybrid Model What we are looking for: • Degree or Master's in Computer Engineering, or similar; • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as first and second-line IT Application Support (Level 1 and Level 2 Support); • Experience with SQL/Oracle; • Knowledge of operating systems, such as Unix and Linux; • Knowledge of ITIL practices; • Oral and written fluency in the English language (mandatory).
