Profile: - Basic knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages, network, Windows, and Linux environments; - Good level of SQL (Sybase, Oracle, or Microsoft); - Business knowledge; - ITIL understanding; - Good knowledge of Uni; - Expert proficiency in English. Responsabilities: - Provide support for the business in their IT needs, understanding business workflows and scenarios; - Voluntarily pick up tasks received via email, tickets, or in person; - Keep the business, team members, and other project/task partnering teams updated on issues, tasks, or projects; - Document and train other team members; - Share knowledge within the team and document issues/incidents for better follow-up; - Improve day-to-day tasks by scripting and automating procedure-oriented tasks. - Availability to work during holidays/weekends as per pre-defined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the team.
