In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal

We are looking for a Application Support to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in a similar position; 
- Knowledge of File Transfer Open Protocol, STFP, FTP and proprietary protocol (CFT);
- Knowledge of relational database concepts;
- Professional Experience with Windows infrastructure and Linux (RedHat, UNIX);
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle (Querys);
- Knowledge of Power Shell, Active Directory and Event Logs; 
- Professional Experience with Network concepts, like: balancers, https certificates, etc;
- Experience in code debbuging; 
- Knowledge of Dynatrace, Cloud, DevOps and ITIL is a plus;
- Fluent in English.

Responsabilities:

- Technical support of all the environments hosting applications, both locally developed and third parties internally hosted;
- Ensuring the specialist support to the IT development and Application Support team;
- Manage applications migrations/re-hosting;
- Coordinate the change management for all the applications in scope;
-Collaborate to the changes on the infrastructure hosting the applications in scope;
- Contribute to global/local strategic projects.
