Join the Wolfpack as an Application Support (Hybrid - Lisboa)!

What skills do you need to have:

Experience in application support, preferably in corporate environments;
Knowledge of troubleshooting, log analysis and issue diagnosis, with Logstash and Kibana;
Familiarity with programming languages, databases and operating systems;
Ability to work collaboratively in multifunctional teams.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with developers and end users


Some of your responsibilities will be:

Diagnosis and resolution of application-related incidents with Splunk and Elasticsearch, ensuring minimal downtime;
Close collaboration with development teams for the implementation of improvements and fixes;
Proactive monitoring of application performance, identifying potential issues before impacting end users, through tools such as New Relic;
Configuration and administration of test environments on Docker and Kubernetes to ensure application quality;
Detailed documentation of procedures and solutions using platforms with Confluence for internal reference
