What is your mission:
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role of Application Support Engineer in one of our client's projects (hybrid regime in Central Lisbon).
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide expert-level application support, including issue resolution, performance optimization, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve software defects and operational issues.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain applications hosted on the Azure Cloud platform.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools using JavaScript to automate repetitive tasks.
- Provide clear and effective communication to clients, both written and verbal, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document support processes, troubleshooting procedures, and resolution steps.
The talent that we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud services.
- Knowledge/Experience with Javascript (nice to have).
- Good communications skills in English.
