What are you going to do?

  • Deliver production support with dedicated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to address end-users' application issues promptly and respond to inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Investigate and debug logs and source code to identify and resolve bugs and issues;
  • Efficiently manage and resolve production incidents;
  • Fulfil responsibilities in a 1st/2nd/3rd line IT support role;
  • Proactively update users on the progress of outstanding support, ensuring clear communication;
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure effectively, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for business lines;
  • Consistently contribute to the ongoing automation and improvement of applications;
  • Heighten user satisfaction by effectively and efficiently resolving incidents and problems;
  • Ensure proper troubleshooting and follow-up on incidents;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Science (or related), Economics or Finance;
  • Passion and experience in 1st and 2nd IT Support role related tasks;
  • Proficient in debugging and adept at problem-solving, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
  • Demonstrates empathy and takes ownership of customer issues;
  •  Capable of promoting process improvement initiatives;
  •  Proven expertise in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages;
  •  Familiarity with object-oriented languages;
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts;
  • Good Interpersonal and communicational skills;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (≥B2 - mandatory).
