Noesis is seeking a Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to keep up with new technologies and support transformation programs. This position requires dedication, persistence, effective follow-up, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service with exceptional communication skills.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist in troubleshooting a wide range of information systems and applications;
- Experience with support/corrective maintenance;
- Daily ticket analysis and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem creation;
- Technical experience in supporting Java APIs (desired);
- Technical experience in support of Angular, Java, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (desired);
- Day-to-day service management of the area, including the development of frequent executive reports on the team's challenges and achievements;
- Experience in the banking payments area.
