Application Support Engineer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Application Support Engineer to work in project in Porto (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

- Academic background in either Computer Science (or similar IT degree), Economics or Finance;
- Functional application support experience (L1,L2);
- Good communication skills, customer oriented, that likes troubleshooting, continuous improvement;
- IT competencies (SQL, Control-M, JIRA and Confluence);
- Proven experience in SQL programming languages;
- Experience with Oracle, Hive database, Unix and Business Intelligence;
- Familiarity with basic ITIL;
- Knowledge of French;
- Proficient in English.
