Application Support - File Transfer

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an Application Support - File Transfer to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- 10+ years of experience in application production support;
- Knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux, Windows, UNIX, WAS, SQL, CFT and MQ Series;
- Knowledge of Network, ITIL Norm, Incident, Change and Request Management;
- Knowledge of File Transfer Open protocol, SFTP, FTP and proprietary protocol (CFT)
- Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the analysis about new flow exchange providing the best tech solution;
- Implement and/or follow up of new flow coding on Local Platform and central ones;
- Technical focal point for internal users and external clients on the file transfer subject;
- Support the testing phase until the rollout;
- Facilitate the service transition to first level support teams;
- Provide 3rd level support as technology experts;
- Contribute to strategic central/ local projects.
