Currently, we are seeking an Application Support who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and support for .NET and JAVA applications;
- Maintenance and optimization of application support tools (Biztalk; IIS; Apache Tomcat; Documentum (OpenText); Glassfish; Ansible; Elasticsearch);
- Analysis and resolution of application errors. Experience in analyzing error logs and stack traces; Analysis and correction of information in databases;
- Implementation of monitoring and service control tools;
- Capacity and performance analysis. Application and infrastructure optimizations (Servers, IIS, SQL);
- Interface between 1st line (Service/Operation/Operative/CE) and 3rd Line teams (Technical/Business);
- Identify and characterize opportunities for application improvements;
- Monitor internal teams and customers in the design and testing phase. Error analysis; Unit and integration tests;
- Assist in the analysis, documentation and improvement of internal processes and tools.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in SQL Programming Language;
- Experience of scripting languages ​​(Powershell / Shell Scripting);
- Experience in incident resolution and problem management;
- Professional experience in Windows and/or Linux infrastructure;
- Knowledge of C# and/or JAVA programming languages ​​will be valued;
- Knowledge/Experience in Biztalk Server;
- Fluent English.
