We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto, and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.

 

What are you going to do?

  • Collaborates with stakeholders and team members to prioritize tasks, ensuring a balanced workload aligned with individual strengths;
  • Serves as the focal point, ensuring seamless information flow in and out;
  • Identifies and anticipates changes and potential risks to proactively address issues affecting information systems, delivery timelines, or quality;
  • Proposes and contributes to efficient resource allocation, monitoring project resources for optimal utilization;
  • Maintains transparent communication within the team, updating key stakeholders on progress, blockers, and changes to information systems;
  • Ensures up-to-date documentation of information systems and software, providing team members with necessary information access;
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to introduce new processes and initiatives within the organization.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Science (or related), Economics or Finance;
  • Good experience in SQL;
  • Passion and experience in L1 and L2 IT functional Support;
  • Outstanding debugging and problem-solving capability, efficient multi-tasking in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment;
  • Empathy and ownership of customer issues;
  • Ability to promote process improvement;
  • Familiarity with basic ITIL, Jira and/or Confluence (plus);
  • Good Interpersonal and communicational skills;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (≥B2 - mandatory).
