Must-Have:

• At least 3 years of experience working on Atlassian Products
• At least 3 years of experience working with customer support
• Ability to install JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket applications on a server from scratch
• Experience in creating an entire project scheme set from concept to functional operation
• Experience translating client business needs into software capabilities
• Experience in maintaining application health from within the program UI (manage mail queues, monitor heap memory, perform add-on updates)
• Ability to assist in or perform upgrades to core applications such as JIRA Server, Confluence and JIRA Service Desk
• Database experience with advanced query writing skills
• JIRA plug-in development knowledge
• Troubleshoot error logs within the application server to resolve application issues or downtime
• High level of English proficiency

Would be great if you have:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in Atlassian and previous experience with Jira Service Management and Jira Software
• Knowledge of tools and add ins surrounding the Atlassian Product Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good at communicating, proactive in teamwork, and skilled at solving problems rather than just pointing them out
