What are you going to do?

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of the license management application, resolving issues promptly and effectively;
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including application updates, patches, and database maintenance, to ensure the stability and reliability of the system;
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance tuning activities to optimize application performance and resource utilization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and infrastructure, to address technical issues and implement solutions;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides, to support ongoing operations;
• Participate in the testing and validation of application enhancements and upgrades, ensuring compatibility and reliability with existing systems;
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to license management and software asset management (SAM), and recommend enhancements or improvements to the application as needed;
• Provide training and support to end-users on application usage and best practices, ensuring a positive user experience;
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to software licensing and usage tracking.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support and maintenance, with a focus on .NET development and SQL database management.;
• Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC for application development and customization;
• Extensive experience with SQL Server database management, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedure development;
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX;
• Experience with software deployment and release management processes, including version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), SQL Server certification) are a plus.
