We are looking for a fulltime resource. The position is onsite at the client facility, (hybrid work schedule).
In this role, you will play a key part in configuring trading partners on B2B platforms, resolving issues with a keen focus on critical thinking and providing innovative solutions. We are looking for a self-driven professional who enjoys
working in a fast-paced environment, has strong English language skills and is proficient in MS Office 365.

descrição da função/job description
Collaborate with internal and external customers on gathering specifications and requirements for EDI implementations and issue resolutions;
Configure new trading partners on various B2B platforms (tasks will include setting up partner profiles, EDI transaction templates, testing transactions, file transfer communications, etc.);
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI transactions, including communication problems and data discrepancies
Maintain thorough documentation of EDI processes, configurations, guides, etc;
Monitor system and identify issues, data discrepancies, and monitor the resolution process, addressing issues in a timely and effective manner, including identification and prevention of root cause.


requisitos/requirements
Experience in configuring trading partners on B2B platforms;
Understanding data sets and data formatting in various industrial standards (XML, un:Edifact  / Ansi x12, Json, etc.);
Fluent in English (both written and verbal);
Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
Skilled at critical thinking, requirements gathering, problem analysis and problem solving;
Structured and process-oriented;
Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
Growth mindset;
Sound understanding of logistics business is an advantage.
