Backend Developer

Your Responsibilities:

- In this role, you will be working within a cross-functional team, which is mainly responsible for our Brand Activation and Museum Projects.

- Work with your team to find the best solutions for complex problems

- Understanding and apply the company processes and  methodologies

- Ensure a close connection between Team Lead and Project Manager, to guarantee alignment of requirements and goals

- Autonomy to contribute to a propper planning, and estimation of your tasks

- Ensure proper project/code documentation and coding standards

 

The assets you bring to the team:

- Expertise in backend development with JavaScript (frameworks like Express.js or others related with Node.js)

- Ability to plan and implement APIs that fit the custom nature of projects

- Experience with API consumption on the frontend

- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming

- Experience with Docker and other CI/CD tools

- Experience working with GIT versioning systems

- Experience with Project Management tools (Kanban and task-based time-tracking)

- Capacity to develop quick Proof of Concepts

- Excellent communication and work management skills (strong soft-skills)

- Strong analytical capability, discipline and enthusiasm

 

Nice to Haves:

- Experience in Python

- Experience with IoT technologies (i.e. Arduino, Raspberry, etc)

- Experience in mobile development with frameworks such as React-Native or Flutter

- Some DevOps, networking and troubleshooting experience
