What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes Product Owners, Product Managers, Clients, and Vendors;
  • Coordinate with the development team to ensure efficient management of requests and backlog;
  • Responsible for maintaining ongoing communication and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions;
  • Remove obstacles and facilitate collaboration between different domains and teams.

 

What are we looking for?

  • At least 6 years of experience in the banking sector, though not necessarily with exposure to CRM or CLM;
  • Experience with Cobol (desirable);
  • Strong expertise in writing functional and technical specifications;
  • Intermediate knowledge of a development tool;
  • Familiarity with a core banking application;
  • Proficiency in SQL, Data Dictionary, and Data Modeling;
  • Exposure to Agile Scrum methodology;
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Attention to detail and active listening;
  • Highly organized, with a strong sense of initiative and personal responsibility;
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2);
  • Communication skills in French (desirable).
