BI Specialist (Dutch Speaker)

Position: BI Specialist (Dutch Speaker)

Location: Hengelo, Netherlands

Type: Hybrid (once a week in the office)

Technical and Soft Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and designing dashboards in PowerBI, performing ETL activities, and contributing to the improvement of work processes. This role requires a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic individual with a deep understanding of business intelligence tools and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business & IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a BI Specialist.

• Technical Skills:

Experience with Cognos.

Proficiency in PowerBI.

Experience with an ETL tool, preferably SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

Experience with cubes, preferably SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) Tabular.

Knowledge and experience with Kimball dimensional data modeling is a plus.

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of Mendix is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

Ability to proactively align business information requests with technical capabilities.

Proactive, flexible, go-getter attitude, and enthusiastic.

Good understanding of the English language.

• Must have / Mandatory:

Fluency English C1 (Mandatory)

Fluency in Dutch B2 (Mandatory

Is hybrid position so is mandatory that candidates must live in The Netherlands and have European citizenship OR are willing to relocate to the Netherlands and have European citizenship
