To become the technology leader in the Integrated Facility Management industry, we're developing digital components connected by AWS and Azure cloud solutions, we build up our machine learning models to make yet better use of our wealth of data, create predictions, and advanced AI for custom Large Language Models (LLM)!

These offices are increasingly equipped with technology, such as sensors and Internet of Things (IoT) devices, to support a more productive and seamless workday for employees. The purpose of our Porto innovation lab is to develop differentiating, high-quality, and scalable digital solutions for both the ISS enterprise and customers worldwide.

Embark on our journey where your main purpose as a BI Support Engineer will be :

  • Manage deployments and support of our Business Intelligence Platform for EU restricted customers;
  • Deploy code to production for EU instance of Insight (SQL Server);
  • Managing production dashboards (via Tableau);
  • Provide second-level support on usage of dashboard and data;
  • Escalate  and track application bugs to development team.

Who you’ll work with:

  • Business Intelligence Competency Center;
  • Data Architects;
  • Data Engineers;
  • ISS countries in EU.

Be part of us! You should have:  

  • 1-2 years experience from support function;
  • Experience working with SQL and preferable SQL Server;
  • Experience working and managing Tableau Server;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a team player mindset, and effective communication within a multi-functional team environment;
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
