Profile: - University degree, or equivalent by experience, in IT/Computer Engineering, Business Management/Finance, Information Management, or related fields; - More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role; - Availability and customer orientation skills; - Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-changing and demanding environment; - Team spirit and adept at multitasking; - Ability to report effectively. Responsabilities: - Control the consistency of data input by customers and different entities; - Ensure end-user support and resolve production and access issues; - Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, and inform stakeholders and customers; - Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers; - Follow up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting.
