Profile: - Strong expertise in PeopleSoft modules: Order to Cash, Travel and Expenses, Project Costing; - Proven experience (5+ years) in analyzing business requirements and designing solutions in O2C/PC/EX; - Strong expertise in Accounting and Controlling business processes; - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; - Good expertise in SQL. Responsibilities: - Provide L1/L2 support for end-users; - Tickets qualification and quality of service and SLA adherence; - Providing functional expertise to L2 BAU technical team offshore; - Contributing to design documents; - Ensuring end-user UAT support; - Respect of SLA.
