What are you going to do?
•    Beqom Implementation: Serve as a Business Analyst for the global Beqom deployment, actively participating in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and data migration;
•    Post-Go-Live Support: Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for Beqom users, resolving issues, managing incidents, and implementing enhancements;
•    Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of post-Go-live procedures and service catalogs specifically for Beqom, aiming to optimize system usage and efficiency.

What are we looking for?
•    Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Beqom;
•    Proven experience in business analysis or service support;
•    Experience with Beqom system implementations preferred; alternatively, experience with other HRIS performance tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Performance Matters, or Oracle Performance Management (Oracle HCM suite);
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
•    Technical proficiency in data management;
•    Written and verbal communication skills in English (≥B2, mandatory).
