Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Charles River software, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Charles River platform;
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Charles River software with other systems and applications;
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Charles River software;
- Participate in the implementation of new features and modules within Charles River software, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on asset management and a deep understanding of Charles River software;
- Strong knowledge of investment management processes and best practices;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Charles River software;
- Proficiency in SQL and database management;
- Fluent English;
- Hybrid role in Porto.
