What are you going to do?

  • Oversee BAU activities managed by a team of 6 in India;
  • Ensure processes are followed, tickets are managed timely, and quality standards are maintained;
  • Report activity updates and progress to the Product Owner (PO);
  • Directly manage Level 3 (L3) tickets, addressing complex issues and requests;
  • Handle small projects and non-standard requests from various entities;
  • Analyze software releases and new product features to propose enhancements that add value to Group HR and other stakeholders.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Cornerstone LMS;
  • Additional experience with other LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools is preferred;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process adherence;
  • Ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (≥B2, mandatory).
