Must-Have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst.
• Comprehensive understanding of Dynamics CRM 365 Product, with practical expertise in configuring various aspects including Entity Creation, Workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, and more.
• Proven track record in translating client business requirements into software functionalities within project settings.
• Proficiency in integrating MS Dynamics with diverse business systems including Finance, Marketing, Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence, and more.
• High level of English proficiency. 

Would be great if you have:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels within and beyond the IT department, as well as external stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
