Business Analyst (F/M) - Marinha Grande

Kelly Services is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and passionate Business Analyst to join our prestigious client You will support several business areas, analyzing financial data, be involved in legal and financial decisions and be responsible for the following activities: * support the entire budget and forecast cycle. * develop detailed analysis of deviations versus budget and forecast. * analyze variations and impacts during the year. * keep track of the production result and production lines, inventory levels, and sales impacts. * analyze deviations and issues related to potential business risks with the respective follow-up of corrective actions and financial impacts. * perform detailed reporting with details of key drivers and business drivers explanations. * perform the annual standard cost calculations. * support the control of CAPEX spend and follow investments projects in the financial part with preparation of business cases and financial support. What we are looking for? * Knowledge of management control, accounting, information analysis, IT Tools; * Bachelor in Management, Finance or Business Administration and with at least 3 to 5 years; * English fluency (B1 - C2); * Availability to travel; * Hands-on and action-driven; * Critical thinking and proactivity; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
