In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Business Analyst (IT Risk and Cyber Security) to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

- Experience and wide knowledge of Kelia software;
-  6+ years’ experience as Business Analyst;
- Strong communication skills for user support;
- Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities:

Main Functions For Run Activity:

- Monitor the production of night treatments;
- Conduct incident and anomaly analysis and follow the issues until resolution with Kelia provider;
- Perform pre-deployment correction tests and to accompany production deployments;
- Main contact for technical user support;
- Ensure the execution of quarterly and yearly accounting closings. 

Main Functions For Project Development:

- Project business needs into a computerised solution;
- Carry out the impact assessment (deliverable specifications), based on the expression of need (JIRA sheet) and under the guidance of the Application Manager;
- Monitor developments and make the necessary settings in Kelia;
-Take part in the validation of the test book and prepare transfer to production;
- Analyze and correct deficiencies during the warranty phase.
