Business Analyst / Product Owner

Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Functional Analyst who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges;
- Manage complex backlog;
- Aligning with multiple development teams, architects and other business analysts to identify dependencies and help them understand the business side and the requirements of the product;
- Eliciting and analyzing business, stakeholder, and solution requirements, ensuring alignment with the business needs and objectives;
- Creating detailed user stories and acceptance tests that clearly articulate requirements for each feature or change request;
- Collaborating with designers to create mockups of what the final product will look like;
- Verifying that the finished product meets the needs of customers by conducting usability tests or reviewing customer feedback.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related;
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements and working with cross-functional teams;
- Experience in delivering software projects (cloud based):
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and implementation experience;
- Familiarity with the Gherkin syntax to create user stories;
- Knowledge of distributed programming models with webservices and modular approach;
- Ability to research and analyze existing legacy applications to understand their structure and functionality;
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence, or other project management and data analysis.
