Business Analyst Salesforce SAP Integration

Expected skills : - Good knowledge of data flow modelling using EA Sparx, or similar tool - Solid knowledge of BPMN diagram and the use of notation - Well versed with the integration flow between an ERP system ( SAP) and Cloud tool ( Salesforce or similar) - Identifying key integration points and provide an End 2 End process overview using BPMN diagram - Good communication skills – open to asking the right question to the process owners - Able to translate the business requirements from business into a structured flow with appropriate documentation independently - Able to communicate easily to the IT and Architecture teams - Knowledge of Data integration points within End 2 End process ( legacy to new environment) - Able to run requirements gathering workshops with minimum support - Looking at the larger picture instead of a specific single process - Fluent in English, knowledge of French/Dutch/Czeck an advantage Nice to have : - Insurance industry knowledge with non-life policy ( process overview) - Data architecture and Data Warehouse designing experience - SAP Financial with Insurance module What can you expect from us?
