We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto, and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.


What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Engineer or related;
  • Solid experience as a Business Analyst in an "Agile" environment within software product development teams;
  • Proficiency in business analysis activities (gathering requirements, analysing the existing system, functional design, writing specifications, defining test plans, executing user acceptance testing, deployment, and change management with business users);
  • Comfort with agile methodologies that enable short delivery cycles and maturity to help the team progress. Strong affinity for user-cantered design and functional analysis;
  • Rigorous organization to design the testing strategy and iteratively execute the test plan to deliver a high-quality product that meets long-term needs and is well-designed;
  • Providing inputs to developers to facilitate test automation, aiming to reduce defects and improve team velocity;
  • Ability to inspire and develop relationships with Agile team members;
  • Capability to advocate for and defend convictions with business stakeholders/clients and comfort in advising and even challenging requests;
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools would be a plus;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and French (≥B2, mandatory).
