Business and API Analyst

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Business and API Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- Experience with API First approach, API Specification (OAS v3), and Swagger;
- Experience with YAML, JSON, XML formats;
- Understand and follow the best practices of REST API Design principles;
- Professional experience with API Design linting, like: Spectral, and API Design Editors, such as: VSCode, IntelliJ with OpenAPI\Swagger plugins;
- Collect and identify requirements from technical documentation;
- Knowledge of SQL to perform database analysis;
- Fluent in English and previous experience working with SCRUM. 

Responsibilities:

- Following the API Strategy and Roadmap prioritized by a Product Owner, and collect the requirements from multiple stakeholders;
- Investigate multiple information sources, like: specification\legal\standards documentation, reports and databases;
- Consolidate and define the API statement and functional scope;
- Analyze the requirements and design APIs using OpenAPI Specification 3 yaml format;
- Align and technically validate the API Specification with the technical team;
- Present and validate the API Specification with the business team;
- Ensure compliance with the organization defined standards;
- Contribute to the project plan and delivery strategy.
