We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with over three years of professional experience, and be proficient in using PowerBI and Tableau. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting functional and business requirements, and translating these into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity across various sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure data solutions align with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users on PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Proficient in using PowerBI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to gather and interpret business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
