Business/Functional Analyst

Your responsibilities : • structure/organize the activities to collect, define and document the solution requirements for each of these applications (about 10 different applications/areas) • contribute to the validation of the solution (define business tests scenario, review the testing done by the technical teams) • contribute to the documentation of the data within our data governance framework • act as an interface between IT and business stakeholders for several business areas/domains • Understand and assess business operations, identify issues and opportunities and recommend appropriate business solutions. • ensure proper translation of business requirements and processes into structured documentation Qualifications • at least 5 years of experience in a similar function (business analysis in the context of IT solutions implementation for business domains in the finance/banking industry) and in similar environments (large international companies) • excellent analytical skills and logical reasoning • proven proficiency in data analysis/handling • the ability to communicate efficiently with technical projects teams as well as with senior business stakeholders • Experience with ERP/packages implementation is a plus • Good interpersonal skills: you can work in close collaboration with other parties involved in the project and build constructive relationships with all stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, IT, Risk, Compliance?) • Proven experience in Agile methodology is a must • Negotiation skills. Demonstrate ability to influence team and key stakeholders • Proactive and good team player • You are autonomous and organized • Stress resistant, risk conscious and client focused attitude • Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve and learn Asset : • Awareness of Risk Management, Compliance and/or Legal domains • Experience with Cloud packages What can you expect from us?
