Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business/Systems Analyst and Configuration Professional to join our Criminal Justice Digital Transformation Team. This professional will play a critical role in the configuration and implementation of the HORUS 360iOMS Offender Management System, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of each customer, including adherence to local legislation, business processes, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis - Collaborate with clients to understand and document their business processes, legislative requirements, and specific needs. Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • System Configuration - Configure the HORUS 360iOMS system to align with client-specific requirements. Customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within the system. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Implementation and Integration - Assist in the planning and execution of system implementation projects. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure configurations meet client requirements.
  • Training and Support - Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients post-implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and project progress. Prepare regular reports on project status, issues, and resolutions.
     

Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are advantageous.
  • Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst or similar role. Experience with configuring and implementing offender management systems or other large-scale enterprise software solutions. Experience in the criminal justice sector is highly desirable.
  • Languages - English proficiency. Portuguese, Spanish and French are desirable.
  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in system configuration and customization. Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. Familiarity with database management, SQL, and reporting tools. Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards in the criminal justice field.
  • Soft Skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
