You must have:

• Comprehensive career plan and progression involving assertive performance reviews;
• Automation mindset in the daily tasks, both internal and on the contact with the client;
• Basic infrastructure network knowledge (IPs, VPC or Vnet, Firewall, VPN, Direct Connects, ExpressRoute…
• Basic Knowledge of AWS or AZURE products and solutions;
• Shell scripting capabilities;
• Experience with coding (preferably Python, but Angular, JavaScript, C# or others are also a plus);
• Experience with Windows and Linux;
• Experience with first and second level support experience;
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
