Currently, we are seeking Cloud Support Engineer who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling complex and technically demanding customer inquiries that go beyond first-level support;
• Work closely with our customers and internal technical teams to ensure that inquiries are processed promptly and effectively and that our customers are satisfied with the performance and reliability of our cloud solutions.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP);
• Experience handling customer inquiries and problem-solving in complex environments according to ITIL;
• Deep understanding of IT systems, network technologies, and security aspects;
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems;
• Experience collaborating with internal technical teams and support experts;
• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes;
• Strong communication skills in english.
